Welcome to Cuddle Cloud Room! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [www.cuddlecloudroom.com] (the “Site”) and our services, including Live Selling sessions (“Services”). By using our Site or participating in our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts under Malaysian law. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Store Hours

Our boutique and customer support operate from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Malaysia Time), Monday to Friday.  Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Orders or inquiries made outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.

3. Accounts & Security

If you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to safeguard your login details. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including product photos, logos, designs, and text—is the property of Cuddle Cloud Room. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written consent.

5. Orders, Payment & Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in [MYR].

  • We accept payments via [Bank Transfer / FPX / eWallet / COD — customize to match what you actually accept].

  • Prices and availability may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or on Malaysian public holidays will be processed the next working day.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy [link]. Returns are accepted within [X days] for defective items only. Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for returns.

8. Live Selling Terms

Our Live Selling sessions (via Facebook, Instagram or other platforms) operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Items claimed during live sessions are not guaranteed until payment is made.

  • Prices and stock shown during live sessions are subject to change without prior notice.

  • All sales from live sessions are subject to the same order, shipping, and refund policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cuddle Cloud Room will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. While we make every effort to display product details and colors accurately, variations may occur due to device screens or lighting.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Site and Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third parties.

11. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Site or Services indicates acceptance of any changes.
