This policy applies to purchases made through our website www.cuddlecloudroom.com as well as during our live selling sessions on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days from the date you received your order.

  • Only items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect are eligible for return.

  • To be eligible, returned items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

    • In their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Innerwear and undergarments.

  • Accessories (earrings, hair items, etc.).

  • Items marked as Final Sale.


3. How to Request a Return

Provide your order number, product details, and photos of the item (if defective/damaged). Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.


4. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded via [original payment method / store credit – pick whichever you prefer].

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping and return the order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.


5. Exchanges

6. Live Sale Purchases

For items purchased during our Live Selling sessions (Facebook, Instagram):

  • Claims must be confirmed with payment within the stated time.

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.

  • Change of mind is not accepted during live sales.
